Restaurants in the MacArthur Airport Vicinity?
We'll have a very hungry 2 year old after we p/u our guest, so some recommendations pretty nearby would be great!

The only one's I can think of are Applebee's and 2 diners that are on Vets Hwy. Oh and also the restaurant in the Holiday Inn. All about a mile from the airport.

There is a Applebees around the corner from the airport.
There is a Ruby Tuesdays not too far from there either.
Sonoma Grill
Are you willing to head to the Sayville area? It is just south of the airport.
There is a bunch of places over there.
For one - Crickets - American type food
Cafe Joelle - I guess it is a fancy Italian place.
Are you looking for more of a chain place or something a little on the fancier side?

Towers diner is the name of the diner immediately outside of the airport. We love that place. We drive past other diners to get to that one. 
Plus, with a diner, you can get literally anything you want, at any time of the day. Sometimes, DS is in a pancake mood. We'll go for dinner, and I'll get fried chicken, DW will get some sort of big salad, and DS can have pancakes.

I would go to the Airport Diner before the Tower one (right outside of the airport).
