Repost. South Beach Florida

Have any of you ever been? Im not looking for a 5 star hotel, just somewhere for me and 4 bridesmaids to stay for my bachelorette party.

Any hotel recommendations?
What airline did you use?
Any good clubs/bars?

we went for my bach party and stayed at the loew's

we went labor day weekend so it was reasonably priced, we flew american


recommendations:
Mangos: fun - and you should go just for the novelty at least

Clevelander: reasonably priced so you can drink alot

Touch Restaurant: This was our "nice night" the food was good, but a little pricey - In a nice area though - def recommend.

Drinks at the Delano: A little pricey but really nice hotel, we only stayed for a drink or two

Sunday: Nikki Beach - fun, try to get a cabana - if you have a bunch of girls it is worth the money - good people watching!

would Avoid:
Shore Club - honestly in my opinion I was not impressed with the hotel - I think Delano is so much nicer

When my friend goes, she usually flies into Ft. Lauderdale - about 40 minute ride from there to Miami.

Yes, went two years ago and had a blast!!! For my SIL's bachlorette party and we booked thought Liberty travel. Got us a good deal.

I wouldnt recommend the hotel I stayed it cause it was at the end of the strip and we had to take a cab everywhere!

But I do recommend, Crowbar-great music and crowd, Nikki Beach (if there on a sun)
and if you are looking for a male exotic dancers club, whats a bachlorette party without going to one, I got one for you!

Jess...Major hotties and it was so much fun! It was different than what they do here in NY. Some Spanish hotties!! hehe!

we stayed at the royal plam- I highly recommend

they have a pool and beach with waiters- and it's next to loew's

we usually fly American

I go down there 3-4 times a year. Love Miami...

Delano and hotel Victor are nice hotels $$ but nice....

i usually stay at the marriott courtyard or eden roc- its a 5 min drive from ocean dr and washington but less $$

Delano is my favorite- drinks are $$ but love the outdoor atmosphere..

Mansion- fun if you like club scene... I enjoy it there

Crobar was good but last time I was there it was closed down

Touch- great bar restaurant off of Lincoln Blvd...
great cafes and outdoor restaurants off of Lincoln.

Nikki Beach was ok- liked it better in daytime. too euro for me..

Shore Club- Loved Red Bar- called somehting like that

Setai was fun also

Clevender- more casual fun- we would start there and maybe end up back there late night... outdoor more laid back

I LOVE SOUTH BEACH... used to go all the time!!!
The Dleano is a great hotel to stay in... Cleavlander for drinks.. I agree....
I have also stayed in the Whitelaw which was nice and usually give free happy hour as well.
Nikki Beach and Crobar for drinks.....
It's also nice to go dockside during the day to the outdoor malls and to Star Island!!
I love ithere.. but I won't be going for a lonnng time!~

I stayed in the Shore Club two years ago, it was amazing. Jessica Simpson was staying there, as well as a bunch of other celebrities. They have Nobu there, and Ago, they are both SOOO good.
And the Skyy bar, there was a huge lin of people waiting to get in, that seemed to be where a lot of people went. But if you stay there, you just go right in.

I've been to South Beach many times including for my bachelorette party in August.

We stayed at Marseilles Hotel on Collins Avenue and 17th Street. Clean, hip, cheap with an awesome pool and direct access to the beach.

I recommend Nikki Beach on Sundays and thats a must! From 5pm (for dinner) on...

The Delano for drinks...but be prepared...extremely $$ but so worth it, and hey you never know WHO you'll bump into!

Clevelander...for quick dinner and drinks...you'll find the place crowded with not very attractive locals.

Mangos - ehhh

The Mansion - awesome club and highly recommended by many.

Space - huge club with all different kinds of music, but gets very crowded and is located in downtown Miami.

Overall - Nikki Beach is the place to be on Sunday...we partied there from 5om until 5am...awesome time!
