Does anyone have a good Roth Ira that they would recommend? I would want to have the money transferred from my checking account.

I have one with Vanguard, which is mutual funds. You can choose what type of funds you want to invest in, depending on the level of risk you are willing to take.
I chose them because their fees are pretty low.

Also try T.Rowe Price. Fees are also pretty low and have a variety of funds to choose from.
