repeat beta and progesterone my doc

HI I am new here. First of all does anyone here know Dr. Braverman in Garden City?

Here is my thing - I had beta done at the following times:
14 DPO 124 prog: 32
16 DPO 342 prog: 20.5
18 DPO waiting results

Levels went up(double) so why did they ask me to do a third Beta? I am nervous. I thought because my progesterone dropped however they said do not worry. Please help me calm my nerves.

They're probably watching your progesterone, but anything over 15 (I think) is good... as long as your Beta's are doubling, that's GREAT! I had a miscarriage before this pregnancy so my Dr.'s watched my Beta's very carefully until I hit about 1000... my progesterone was on the low side so they put me on progesterone supplements as a cautionary measure. But, as long as you stay above 15 or so, you're FINE!
