Renting movies without Blockbuster

My parents' local Blockbuster closed. There are two movies they want to see, but it is not in the red box machines or on demand. What do you do when your local Blockbuster closes?

The movie they wanted to see is not in the local Red Box.

Re: Renting movies without Blockbuster

For Amazon on Demand, you can either "rent" movies from amazon or purchase to keep. Your parents must have a device, Wii, Roku, Newer DVD with Wifi, that allows them to stream movies through it, unless they want to watch it on their computer screen.

The other option is netflix. You get a monthly subscription to it, then send you your rented DVDs in the mail, and send out new ones to you when you return the others or you can stream it same as above.

Re: Renting movies without Blockbuster

We do Netflix on demand...it is set up through our Wii system. LOVE IT! There are a TON of movies on there and lots of kids shows.

I think we pay $9 a month for it, and it is so worth it.
