Renting a hotel crib, what sheets do you bring?

The hotel roughly measured the crib for me. They said 3.1 feet x 2.1 feet. Would a pack n play sheet fit this? Chat Icon It is smaller than a regular crib, but could I use that sheet? Or should I just buy a regular bottom twin sheet and wrap it around it and tuck it in?

Am I thinking too hard? Chat Icon Chat Icon

I just packed a regular crib sheet...Curious though, the hotel is charging you?

No, they aren't charging. I thought I heard that hotels do charge for a crib. Chat Icon I specifically asked when I made the reservation how much the added crib would be and she said no extra charge. We are soooo scared of getting there and finding out they 'screwed up' the reservation and that no cribs are available. We have two family members getting friends to allow us to borrow pack n plays, just in case. Chat Icon

I didn't think they charged....Cribs are two sizes...One is more like a porta crib and the other is like smaller crib. That is why I suggested the regular sheet...

Some hotels will charge. I think it's really crappy that they would, but I've heard of ones that do. My timeshare in FL gives us pack n plays and high chairs with no problem. We stayed at one in VA and they wanted to charge. Since we were driving we rbough our own pack and play and booster seat.

At Dylan's day care, some people use regular sheets for the porta crib. You can still get the sheet to fit tightly, there is just more of it under the mattress. I have 2 portacrib sheets but when I have run out of time to wash them, I have used regular sheets. If you are more comfortable using a portacrib sheet, I can loan you mine.
