we got ours from allstate because that's what our cars are covered under, so we got a multi-policy discount. I think renters insurance is rather cheap anywhere, it was about $130-$150 for the year...

Depends how much personal property coverage you have. Policies that have around $50k in pers property and replacement cost w/ $500 ded's usually run around $200 to $275 for the year.

we have ours through allstate, i think we pay abot 260 for the year. we have 250k in personal property and a rider for my e-ring

We have travelers which is through geico. We use geico for our cars as well.

had mine through travelers (via geico, with whom I insure my car). they were great and when we bought they were able to credit our new homeowners policy when we rolled over.

I have it combined w/ auto insur. State Farm had best pricing for us.
