Red rash on face

I can't tell if it's from salvia (excessive drooling) or a reaction to food. Is there a way to tell??? She also has the same red rash on her hands (between her thumb and pointer from knawing on her hand rather than a teether toy.) So I'm thinking it's just the salvia.

My DD does have allergies so I get concerned. I've been holding back on trying food, because a rash around her mouth is a "sign" she's allergy.

She seems to be having a reaction to Cheerios - is that weird? The rash gets really bad and she cries in pain at night everytime I give them to her.

This is so frustrating....

Josh's allergy rash looked like really bad acne. Little pimples all over.
