Recommend your Hardwood Floor Company
We need our hardwoods redone in the house we are buying. Can you recommend the company that did yours. The house is in Lindenhurst. TIA!

Harris Floors is coming on Friday to start our floors.
They were by FAR the most fairly priced.
I'll let you know how they look.

Harris Floors was recommended to me by Scarlet Begonia, they are coming to give us an estimate on Wednesday. The rough estimate he gave me over the phone wasn't bad.
Someone else (I forget who) recommended Ultra Floors. Their number is 516-223-0828. We are getting a quote from them also.
DHs parents used American Floor Refinishing a few years ago, and their floors are beautiful and have held up well. Their number is 631-261-8300.
I also called a local place near us, Anthony's World of Floors. They are based in Port Washington and we got an estimate from them on Saturday. It was a good price, but I have absolutely no recommendations for them. If you want to call though, their numer is 516-883-2159.

A second vote for Tom...We just re-finished our entire house
Tom- American Floor Refinishing
His number is 631 261 8300.
He is coming on Thursday to put one more coat of poly upstairs now that we are FINALLY done painting.

Quality Floor Scraping. We've used them twice and both times have been extremely happy with them. The number is 516-351-8534

I had recommended Harris Floors on here - my dad found them in the Pennysaver and our floors came out beautiful and it was VERY cheap. My friend used them and now a lot of LIF gals have as well!
