Recommend a Vegas Hotel for me!
We've never been & I would like to surprise DH by booking a trip there in Oct. for some sight seeing, rent some bikes & go ride and then the piece de resistance .................. because I am such a cool wife ........the NHRA DRAG RACES!!!!
He graduates in May and MAN do we need to get away!!
We really wanted to do Alaska, but circumstances will just likely not allow that

My girlfriends and I stayed at the Bellagio a couple years ago and we loved it! It's right in the middle of the strip and the hotel is just gorgeous. The beds are extremely comfortable and the shower is huge!

Another vote for the Bellagio. DH and I went there last July for our anniversary and we loved it! The Venetian and the Wynn are nice as well.

Palms or THE Hotel at Mandalay Bay...That is where we are staying for my wedding in september and we are having our reception at the The Fantasy Suites at The Palms.
I LOVE Vegas!

Some amazing people from LIF arranged for DH and I to stay at NY NY. God, it was amazing. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.
Each time I think about it I feel the need to again thank those that made it possible.

It all depends on your money situation. If I had to pick ANY hotel I would say the Wynn, the Bellagio, or the Venetian. Of course, money is usually an issue with me, so some of the nicer (less expensive hotels) would be Mandalay Bay - although depending on when you plan to visit, their rates could be astronomical. The Mirage, MGM, Treasure Island, the Luxor, Monte Carlo or well.. pretty much anything on the strip. If you guys are into partying hardcore(lmao)- I used to use that term back in the day!  I suggest The Hard Rock Hotel or The Palms. <---- You will most likely have a celebrity sighting at one of these hotels.
I love Vegas. Im going in August- cant wait. You will LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!! FM me for questions on any hotel. Ive been there so many times, I should be paying Nevada state taxes!!

We just booked the exacalibur, We did research on hotels and for us it was more a money issue. Depending on what you want to spend i would say, Mandylon Bay, Venetion, Bellagio are very nice

The Wynn is really top notch....the only problem is that its far off to the side from the other hotels, so if you dont have a car it becomes a bit annoying. If you wanna keep it low priced check out NY NY or luxor. The bellagio is pretty and its sort of in the middle of everything but a bit more expensive.

How do you all usually book your Vegas Vacations? Through the hotel & then separate airfare or do you use a travel agent? Or even on line? If so .............what website?

I am doing it all separate - I contacted a travel agent but there prices were the same that I was getting online - I even watched them just pull up the websites of the hotels - No savings at all other then they do the work - I would rather do it myself to know what we were getting..
