Re: Flintstones as prenatals?
I know a few people who couldn't stomach and started on flintsones - most did it only until the end of the 1st trimester (whne ms naturally lightened) and a couple who went later did supplement (not sure what but I can ask for you - I know someone doing it right now). I know mine made me feel ill but I found taking them before dinner worked better for me. Sorry they are making you ill - that really stinks.
