Rant and Question : Express Pants
I have always loved Express Pants. I have been wearing varying sizes since I was literally in HS (I am now 27) but lately I feel like every time I wear them they look worse and worse.
The few pairs I own now have been purchased recently and I feel like the crisp material is just not there. Its almost too stretchy and imo is starting to look sloppy not to mention its so wrinkly in the thigh area that EVERY time I wear them I hafta iron the sh*t out of them.. LOL
Is anyone else experiencing this same issue? Not to mention I of course have gone up in size and even the bigger sizes dont seem to account for a girl with a butt anymore..
sigh.. I need new pants

I used to like Banana Republic and Gap pants, give those a try.

Thanks hun, I think its my fat a$$ is causing the real problems lol.. I think maybe the cut i bought is also too "strainght" across the belly--its giving me muffin top..sigh..lol
I also just ate the wrinkly ness of it always, I remember back int he day they would always stay super crisp ya know...

i totally know what you mean!
the material used to be thicker with the right amount of give... now it's thinner and has too much give. the pants are still nice but i do see that the quality has gone down a bit.
other than NY and Co. (which fits me great but the material isn't the best) i have yet to find the perfect pair of pants.

This is why 90% of my pants come from The Limited. The quality is & always has remained great.
Express quality has been a letdown lately, so I totally kwym.

I still like them but they're the only nice pants I've found that fit me well (and are under $100) so that's a big part of it. I've started dry cleaning all of my work pants and found that to be a big help in terms of the fabric staying nice..but I hear ya..I think the material has gotten thinner.
