How long is formula good until when refrigerated?

they say 24-48 hours depending on who you listen to.
I leave mine for 48 hours and havent had a problem and my Ped said thats fine.

It says on the Similac RTF bottle that once opened it should be refriderated and used within 72 hours.

yes...CHECK THE FORMULA. it should say. some say 24 hours, some say 48....they all vary. i know the NICU told us it must be eaten in 1 hour from opening from the moment their mouths touch it, 2 hours if just opened (though I've never done that) and 24 hours once opened in the fridge. The formula we use says 48 hours. I try to stick to the 24 just to be safer (their tummies are sensitive and immature).
