Question TMI

I'm 25/26 weeks pregnant and the past week I have had a lot of discharge. It's watery but not totally colorless. I don't recall having this much discharge with DS. Is this normal? And, should I tell the doctor? I don't want to sound stupid and ask stupid questions that I should know the answer to. Could I be leaking fluid? I'm not cramping or anything else but still it's uncomfortable.

TIA

This hasn't started happening to me yet but from what I hear it's totally normal.

Re: Question TMI

I've had the same thing. If you are worried though call your Dr.

Re: Question TMI

I had the same thing during my pregnancy. It is a good idea to get it checked out to make sure it is not amniotic fluid, but most likely it is not, and you are fine. Chat Icon Chat Icon

I was leaking so much throughout my pregnancy, I didn't even realize it when my water broke. Chat Icon

Re: Question TMI

I'm 18 weeks and have the same thing. Always check with your doctor though - there are never stupid questions! That's what they are there for! Ask away!

Not a bad idea to check with your doctor, but it sounds very normal.

I started getting a LOT of discharge somewhere around that time, and thought I was leaking too, but no, just discharge.

Big hugs to everyone for answering. From time to time things happen and I don't want to be alarmed but I also don't want to ignore something that could be serious.

Thank you:)
