So, I decided (aftrer my back went out yesterday) that I have to start this today.
But I have a question, Is non-fat pudding allowed? I cant eat yogurt I'm allergic to it so I was wondering if I could substitute this.

I think the non-fat pudding still has a lot of sugar (at least a lot for Phase 1). You can have the sugar free Jello Chocolate/Vanilla Swirls though, which are really, really good
