Question for moms who BF and supplement...
When did you get your period? DD was born 4 months ago, and I still haven't had one (not that I miss it, but I am concerned). I am supplementing less now that I am off for the summer, but I don't know if I should expect it soon, or if I should call my doc.

Not until I stopped pumping at about 7-8 months. It's normal. I wouldn't worry.

I stopped bf at about 8 weeks and I got af at 9 weeks

I breast feed and supplement about half and half. I still haven't gotten mine 6 months later. But I also was on the mini-pill until this past month so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

I am still BF once a day & I got my first PPD AF at 10 months. My OB/GYN said it could be months after you stop BF before you get it. Everyone's body is so different.
