Question about Tylenol for infants...(10wk old)

Question about Tylenol for infants...(10wk old)
So my DS just had his first shots today  . The dr. said if he runs a fever (which thank god he hasn't yet) to give him tylenol. I figured it would be self explanatory which tylenol to get and that the dosage would be on the box BUT, after going to the pharmacy it was a little more confusing than that and of course the dr,'s office is closed now but, I want to be prepared if i ever need to use.
What I bought was "Concentrated Tylenol Infants' Drops" these seem to be more the right ones than the "children's tylenol" - Did i buy the right thing? Also, the box only has the dosage for over two so what is the dosage usually for a 10 wk old? TIA

We bought the ones for infants. Call your ped and ask for the dosage. My ped has told me what I can give at each appointment as he grows. (I've never had to give it for shots, but I have given it for teething.)

We went through this on Tuesday.
DS is 11lbs 6 oz and 2 months old.
Our ped told us to by the concentrated infant Tylenol and give him .04ml when we got home and then again 4 hours later and then wait to see if he needs it after that (which he didnt)
But the dropper is for .08 so use the .04 mark.

This is perfect! Thank you. DS was 11lbs 3oz at his 8 wk appt and is now 12lbs, 3 oz at 10 wks so I think this will be the same. Thanks so much!
Was your DS sleepy after his shots? DS has been sleeping since he got his shots at 3... The dr. didn't mention sleepiness as a side effect?

We used the same .04 dosage for my DS's 2 month shots. He was a very sleepy little guy after them. I think sleepiness is a normal side effect.

Yes that is what we have used and the doctor told me the dosage to give...
