Question about TTC and DH taking supplements for body building?
DH and I want to start TTC this month. My only concern is DH is very big into body building trying to become professional. He takes supplements proteins, createins and other stuff, not steroids or anything on that level. I don't know what half of them are or do but im worried about getting pregnant while he takes them. I don't know what to do or who to ask. Has anyone dealt with this before or know of someone who has? Thanks for reading.

If I were you I would make a list of whatever he has in the house, and look them up on-line. Or you can ask your doctor. I don't think the protein will effect anything, as for the other supplements I am not sure. Biggest concern would just be his kidney functioning, with having to filter all the supplements & protein. What does your DH say about it?
