question about peeing in the middle of the night
i was up 3 times last nite to pee, and when i go, is as if i drank a huge glass of water right before.
How could i be peeing so much? Its not like i'm drinking during the middle of the night.
Is everyone else like this too?

This is when I do MOST of my peeing actually. I feel the same way, only I don't wind up going as much as I feel like I should be going, the output doesn't match the urgency

Don't you hate that? I feel like in my 3rd trimester, I am constantly disappointed when I go to the bathroom... I feel like I have to go soooooo bad, then when I do it just drips out!!!!

Me too, it is almost a letdown that you catually got oout of bed for that round!!!!

The increased blood volume associated with pregnancy is responsible for the increased need to find the bathroom. I wish I had only been up 3 times last night.

I get up pretty frequently as well...and its painful and a process too, to turn over, get up, go about my business and then climb back into the bed and situate myself...

 i'm right there with you all, i get up at least 3 times a night to pee, and it's usually a teensy weensy bit. i get so annoyed

Lol, I WISH I only got up three times! Some nights I am up EVERY hour! And, like you said it makes no difference what I drink before bed time. My dr. said that it is likely the position of the baby (on the bladder) and if you are lying on the left side your body is "emptying" itself of some of your water retention...these are some of the reasons for the constant urge to pee. It's so annoying!

I'm with you on this! I tried to even stop drinking water 1-2 hours prior and I am still peeing at least 2x a night.
