Question about furniture delivery- TIPS?
We are having a dresser and crib delivered tomorrow and they will be putting the crib together. This furniture is so  Do I need to tip them? And how much each?

We had 2 guys from Behrs deliver our furniture and they assembled the crib and brought in a lot of pieces... it too was
We tipped them $20 each.

Oh jeez - never even thought about this.
I'm already paying a hefty delivery fee, so I'm not going to tip.
But then, I'm not a big believer in tipping outside of restaurants anyway.

I was curious about this too so I just whipped out my Emily Post's Etiquette book. She says that "when deliverers uncrate, assemble, or install an item, each received btwn $5 and $20, depending on the amount of work performed."

Thanks, girls. Since it's only 2 pieces of furniture, I think I'll see how they are and if it all goes smoothly, I'll probably do $10 each.
