Question about 2 gifts I rec'd for my birthday
OK, anyone who knows me is well aware that I am not materialistic. Let me preface the post with that.
I recieved 2 gift cards. One for Macy's, and one for Ann Taylor Loft, both were for 40 dollars.
Does anyone find 40 to be an odd number, (even though 40 is actually an even number?) I mean, why not 50?
Believe me when I tell you, I appreciate whatever I get, but it just seems weird to get a gift card for 40 dollars. Am I alone here?

I always get $40 gift cards as gifts. I guess I think of them in increments of $20s.

I dont know. I guess for me, I always get $50, because it is only 10 bucks more.
