Q for those with timeshares/vacation club memberships...Maintenance fees..
What are your maintenance fees?
We belong to the Sol Melia Vacation Club and just got our maintenance bill and its gone up significantly ( $950) ..We seem to be averaging a $100 increase a year

We had a one bedroom through Starwood and I think they were around $500-$600.
We just upgraded though to a 2br lockoff and I think they are more like $900 - but, we can break it into two weeks.

We have Disney Vacation Club... we haven't gotten this years yet but last year it was about $600.
Oh DH jsut checked and next year it will be $879... but that is for 2 ownerships.

Ours is only about $40 a month. We're deeded in Vegas so that helped us a lot. I know people with the same TS and deeded in Atlantic City and paying over $150 a month!

We own DVC as well. For just under 300 "points" we are paying about $1,200 in maintenance and dues for 2011.
