PSA...if it's been a while since a bra fitting GO GET ONE!!!!
I knew my bras no longer fitted, but I am AMAZED at the outcome!
I used to be a 36D....BUT after 2 kids, a year BFing each, and consistent working out...I feel great and .......I am a 32D!
I have never been so happy at cleaning closet (or shall I say lingerie drawer!)
I feel like I got an instant boob job!

Can I add that if you do go to a bra fitting go to a store that carries a HUGE selection. I went last year wearing a 40F and it was snug and my cups overflowing, and the sales lady said oh you're a 44D.  I was like no freaking way lady this is a 40 and it's to big and the cup is a F and i'm coming out. SHe said nope try it. I burst out laughing in the dressing room and asked her to come in and see how wrong she was. THEN she says well maybe you're rigt but this is the biggest bra we sell and we can't sen you somewhere else I was like WHAT...so what size AM I and she said well really...you're a 38G but I can't really say that since we don't sell that size. I was so pisssed....what a freaking waste of time.

I got mine done a few weeks ago...I knew what the outcome would be BUT what I did learn is the proper way to put your bra on and what brands are best for small chested people.
World of a difference!
