PSA: Great, CHEAP manicure in East Meadow
Went to a place called Venus yesterday on Hemp Tpke between the 7-11 and McDonalds.
She did a really good job and it was only $8!!! I was really pleased especially after the crappy pedicure I got two weeks ago at another place I tried out on Merrick Avenue.

Manicure ... didn't mean to bring up the pedicure but I was reminded of how much it sucked out loud!!!

oh cause $8 for a mani isnt cheap....at least for me it isnt.
I pay $7 at my place...and normally $16 for mani/pedi Mon-Wed.

Really?
Maybe it seems cheap to me because I usually go on the weekends near home and it's more. Oh well!! So much for my PSA!!

ditto...my mani is always $7. but they never have those deals during the early part of the week. i wish they did!

I pay $15 for a mani/pedi -- and its every day, not just Mon-Wed!
