programs/incentives for first time homebuyers?
DH and i will probably start looking at houses in april or may - i know there are programs out there for first time homebuyers - where can i find them?? TIA!!

Bank of America has one that gives you an 8k credit towards a down or closing costs. It's some neighborhood improvement. Go to the home board. Meet with LIHP.
