Product Rave for babies w/ very dry skin
Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Moisture Cream is fantastic! My son has such dry skin and eczema patches I would grease him up with Eucerin twice a day. I would even put hydrocortizone on his eczema and it would come right back if I stopped for one day. This lotion is amazing!!!! His skin is so smooth now and eczema free.

when can you start using lotions ? DD is 4 weeks, is that too little?

I always put lotion on my son once he started getting sponge baths.

Aveeno also helped DS's face. Not only that, but I was using it on his cradle cap and it did a great job there too.
