If there is a home you like, how do you find out the price of comparable homes that recently sold in the area?

when DH and i were looking, we requested this information from the realtor... she pulled more detailed info off of GSMLS (we are in new jersey) than we could.

Its not always accurate, but i know people use
www.zillow.com or something like that.
