Prenatal Vitamins
I remember reading that you can take Flintstone vitamins in place of prenatals. If you take the complete, which says there is 100% Folic Acid, should you still take another supplement of Folic Acid?

You should take an additional dose of 400mcg of folic acid.

My CVS brand of prenatals have 800 mg of folic acid.
