Pregnancy Symptoms
I took a pregnancy test yesyerday and it was positive with a faint line, today it was no doubt two lines. But I don't have any symptoms except for no period. I think I am in my fourth week, but shouldn't I feel something? Anyone else pregnant but no other symptoms?

When I did my first test, I didn't have any symptoms only than my missed period. I did three tests because I had the same like you where one of the lines was very light and I wanted to make sure. We were in shock too.
Anyway, they say some of the symptoms that I didn't know at the times was urinating a lot and I was doing that but I didn't know the reason for it at the time.
Here are the top ten signs that you might be pregnant:
10. Tender, swollen breasts
• 9. Fatigue
• 8. Implantation bleeding
• 7. Nausea or vomiting
• 6. Increased sensitivity to odors
• 5. Food aversions
• 4. Frequent urination
• 3. A missed period
• 2. Your basal body temperature stays high
• 1. The proof: A positive home pregnancy test

Congrats!
So many ladies have ZERO symptoms other than a missed period to indicate they are PG -- so there is nothing to be concerned about, I'm sure all is fine!

Wait till about 6 to 8 weeks you may get MS if not you will certainly be exhausted

Congrats! I'm 8+ weeks and I still really don't have any. An occasional smell will bother me and I just recently started urinating a few times during the night, but other than that I'd have no idea I was pregnant!!! (KNOCKS ON WOOD)

looking back, i had some symptoms ... my breasts were sore and obviously no AF. i was sick, didn't realize it was m/s though. but that was all ... nothing extensive

Congrats! I had no symptoms for either of my pregnancies and I didn't even know I was pregnant for more than 6 weeks along. Very normal.
