Pre-Natal Yoga Anyone?
Does anyone know where they offer pre-natal yoga classes in Nassau County?

There's a place in Wantagh called Harmony Yoga and Dance that has prenatal classes. I believe it was $120 for 8 weeks. I would have loved to take it myself but my doctor wouldn't let me exercise until 32 weeks for medical reasons. Well, I am now 32 weeks and have no desire to do any type of exercise at this point!
I think a few of the girls on this board have taken classes at Harmony Yoga. You may be able to sign up for each class individually too.
