PRE-NATAL YOGA
I was wondering if anyone knew of a pre-natal yoga studio around the port jefferson area. I did a search but didn't have much luck. TIA

I've posted about this many times...I went to a center in northport on Vernon Valley Rd that was great. The instructors name was Sumati. I live in Holbrook and now that I am having my second, I don't have the time to drive up to northport soo....I bought Crunch's Yoga Mama Prenatal Yoga DVD. It's 45 minutes and will work to substitute the class, although not as good. I got it at Best Buy.
