Pre-Natal Vitamins
I got a prescription for pre-natal vitamins, but I already have a bottle of folic acid - should I take both or just what the Dr. prescriped? The prenatal does have Folica acid in it.

If your prenatal has 800 mg of folic acid in it, then just the prenatals are okay. Most do have 800 mg. Good luck!
