Pottery Barn
the order i placed on the 17th arrived today. SUPER fast shipping.
there was a scratch on the top of the coffee table so they said they can send UPS out tomorrow to pick it up and they will send me a new one or they will give me 30% off. the scratch isn't that bad and i am going to try and polish it out.
ALSO, i cancelled 1 of the rugs i ordered and they OVERCREDITED me. not to mention that i received 10% off the entire order because they accepted an expired coupon AND 1 of the items i ordered through the store was $400 less then it is online AND the store also gave me 10% off the order.
$2,700 for 3 bookcases (entertainment center), a coffee table, 2 rugs and 2 rug pads.

i called customer service when i moved to notify them of my new address. a few weeks later they sent a 10% coupon for PR, PB Teens, and PB Kids.

Also if you register on the website for things you want to buy, when your "event" is over you get a discount on the remaining items.
Event doesn't only equal wedding - for my curtains it was for fourth of july.
