Post Preggo Weight Loss....

I was 5 lbs away from my pre preggo weight when i got pg again at 4-5 months pp.
I changed what i ate, and monitored portion sizes.
I ate mostly veggies, no beef, salads, chicken and snacked on nuts, granola bars, dried fruit. Mostly healthy stuff, with high fiber. I had no choice cause i had bad fissures, fiber was my friend. Foods that are bad for you don't have fiber in them.
I also walked at least 30 minutes a day. I am in no way an exercise buff!
Remember, 9 months on, give yourself at least 9 months to take it off.

I don't even get a chance to eat breakfast and lunch and I barely get through dinner while it is still hot. I haven't even thought about a diet. Today, my lunch was a hand full of frozen m&m's.

I am so so happy! I gained 23 pounds during pregnancy and lost 18 pounds within the last 2 weeks after dd was born. I am not bfing either. One less thing to worry about bc I was getting upset when I saw numbers I havent seen before.

I gained about 50 lbs, and I don't own a scale so I have no idea what I've lost since giving birth...but like Stephanie if I eat one or two meals a day I'm lucky. So far all I had today was scrambled egg whites and wheat toast. I'm really not hungry for some reason. I drink lots of water though

I lost all my pp weight. DD is lamost 7 months. Was hoping to KEEP about 5 lbs though!
