post partum side effects?
I had my DD 3 months ago and I'm noticing some weird things going on and I'm a little worried.
My hair is falling out big time! Everytime I take a shower I have clumps come out!
Everynight I go to sleep I wake up at night soaked in sweat! It looks like I went swimming.
And DD is sleeping through the night for weeks and I'm up all night and can't sleep. I can't get comfy and just can't stay asleep.
I get this weird sparks of pain where my incision is. It comes and gos and its not all the time. A few times a week.
Are all these things normal?

Totally normal.
The sweating thing I had closer to when she was born...the nurses warned me about it when I left the hospital. It has something to do with the hormone changes after birth. I felt like I was on clomid all over again.
The hair thing..mine is so bad that I cant wear my hair in a ponytail because it is so obvious. It is BAD.

I am experiencing the sweating also. I just said to DH this morning that all I do is sweat lately. Not sure if it is the hormones.
I don't have pain at the incision spot but I do have complete numbness.

Ok I'm glad its normal! I want my hair to stop falling out! It freaks me out. And I change my pj's twice a night cause I'm just that sweaty. And Jen I felt like this when I was on lupron. Brings back memories!! Kristen, I have that numbing feeling to. So weird!

OMG my hair is falling out in clumps-literally! i don't know how i still even have hair on my head! the other things are normal too! i am 3 months PP

Completely normal. The sweating is awful - I hate it. And, there were days I would swear I would have no hair left on my head.

I am hot ALL the time ! And sweating when it's like 60 degrees out. So annoying! And I've been having bits of insomnia too.

all normal.. its it wonderful...
i always said how come oprah never had a show "What happens to your body after you have a baby"
i would have loved to know all this..
ps - warning - 1st menstral period/cramps are AWFUL!!!!!!
