Post Partum Depression Chat Board (link inside)
Every few weeks, I like to post this link. I think it's extremely important that we as women have a place to go to vent or get information about post partum depression. It's a very taboo topic for most people, and having suffered horribly from it, I just like to put this out there since it really helped me.

Great post Rachel, you are right people do not like to talk about it. You have been great shariing your experience. The more support woman have the better for their recovery.

Thanks for this! It should be something to talk about it. I almost felt embarrassed admiting it was hard to anyone, even my mom at times.
It is hard, get support! Be there for someone who needs it
