POLL: Trip to Dorney Park What time to leave
Hotel Check in is at 4 pm.
Should I leave at 3 in the morning on Tues. and avoid morning rush hour
OR
Leave at like 9 am after morning rush hour?

I think 3 am would be waaaaay too early and then you'd be to tired to go to the park and you can't check in to rest either.
If it were me- I'd probably leave around 7 am and possibly hit some traffic closer to nyc but once you get past that, it should be clear sailing.

We left at 7 am, hit nooo traffic (gotta love summer) and got there just when the park opened. Our hotel was across the street so we parked, "checked in", changed in the public bathroom and walked across. Couldn't have been better.
