I gotta go with McSteamy just on those rugged good looks alone. But for overall appeal - looks and personality, it's all about McDreamy.

My views:
Alex-hot but obnoxious but charming so that appeases his lack of tact, so to speak
Burke-powerful but tender and caring. Can't beat that combination
Derek-Good looks, intelligent and a doctor!
George-Kind of like a modern day Ducky, but far cuter! He's kind and caring and goofy, but sexy in his own right.
Mark-Jaw dropping looks, incredibly cocky (which can sometimes be sexy) but the whole plastic surgeon thing would have me paranoid about my own looks far too often.
