We just did it a couple weeks ago and used:
A Montilli Plumbing
(516) 569-6565
3199 Lawson Blvd
Oceanside, NY 11572
Not sure where you are loacted, but they are only licensed in Nassau, not Suffolk.

I am in the process of doing this now and have a great one to recommend.
I am in Suffolk, not sure where you are located.
I can FM you the info later when I get home if you want me to.
I met with 4 other Plumbers, who gave the same song and dance, never called back, etc.. and then booked this one on the spot!
