Please recommend your gym in Suffolk that is open late
I woudnt be able to get there until about 7:00 - thanks.
Would also like info on a personal trainer if you have one.

My gym is in Patchogue and is open 24 hours during the week. They have a try-a-trainer program going on now, where you can try them for free before committing to paying for one. The name of it is Finest Fitness on Main Street.

I used to workout at East Islip Health and Fitness (miss it still  ) and they were open til 10.
My gym now in Hauppauge, Crunch, is open i think til 10 also

i go to planet fitness in Centereach and they are open 24 hours during the week. they are no frills though, they don't offer classes or personal trainers. membership is very cheap!

I go to Gold's Gym in Islip. With my memebership I am allowed to go to their Deer Park, Farmingdale and Smithtown location. The Islip gym is beautiful it is just over a year old.
Islip Hours M-F 4am-12pm
Saturday 6am-9pm
Sunday 7am-9pm
The Deer Park location is open 24 hours.
If you want a free 30 day pass FM me and I will mail you one. They just sent me a Christmas card.
