Please recommend a really good running sneaker!
I need to get new ones. I guess Im looking for a little cushion so I feel like my foot doesnt pound every time. It ends up hurting my ankles.

I've narrowed it down to Adidas or Saucony........

I've been running on Mizuno's for years. For me they're the best.
But asking for help on running shoes is like asking people what their favorite color is...you'll get a million different answers. Best thing to do is go to a running store and talk to the salespeople there and try on various shoes. You'll find the ones made for you. Good luck.

I agree...you need to find the best shoe for your foot type. Personally Asics are my favorite, however they aren't for everyone. Go to a sneaker store and have them check your pronation and make suggestions.

I found the Mizuno's. I just have to go to a store and try them on. They seem to be the best type I'm looking for. I usually just buy them online but I really need to try them on this time.  Thanks for all your suggestions!

if you go to runner's edge in farmingdale they will look at your old sneakers and reccommend a shoe that is right for you.
