Please rec your convertible car seat - affordable AND safe
I have a ped appt soon but I am pretty sure DS is going to be too tall for the Graco Snugride soon, if not already. (He is 6 months). I know he did not meet the weight limit yet but he is tall.
We cannot afford a reallly good seat like the Britax right now and we need 2 seats - 1 for each car.
Please reccommend yours if you are happy with it and of course safety is of top importance.

We have the Evenflo Triumph 5 - at the time we bought it (4 years ago) it rated just as high, if not higher, than the Britax models on safety, but was a quarter of the price. I relied mostly on consumer reports in making my decision...

We have the Evenflo Triumph 5 - at the time we bought it (4 years ago) it rated just as high, if not higher, than the Britax models on safety, but was a quarter of the price. I relied mostly on consumer reports in making my decision...
We have the same one and I love it.

I loooove my Graco Comfortsport, they run between $79-$99 depending on features and colors.
It only goes up to 40lbs, but Christopher is almost 3 and still comfortable in it. He is just shy of 30lbs
