I haven't personaly gone to them since they don't accept my insurance but my aunt and her work friends swear by them! It's an all women practice though. Downtown OBGYN

I wasn't a fan of the office before I was prego but so far they've been really great. There are 4 dr's in the office 2 women and 2 men. The women don't take my insurance.

I LOVE my obgyn. . she has one office in the west village and another in chinatown. . only dr in her practice but always takes time to listen to you, chat with you etc. .
Downsides. wait is sometimes a little long.
She delivered my sister's baby and I was there so I trust her completely!

I go to this practice and love them. Kurtz/Trentacoste delivered DD.
Kassenoff (my primary OB) delivered DS.
ETA: Love that they have evening hours and love that they're two blocks from the 4/5/6

That is who I used with my first son. Overall I was happy with them, but during my delivery, the doctor (Kassenoff) was no where to be found when I was fully dilated and ready to push. So the attending at Mt. Sinai tried to give me more drugs to slow down the labor which I refused. I was NOT happy, but it all worked out in the end!!!

Dr. Johanna Weiss - 211 east 80th street. I love her, and I NEVER wait.
downside: she doesn't do deliveries anymore, but there are two other doctors in her practice so I'll just use one of them.

I see Dr. Marie Easterlin at Spring Ob/Gyn at 135 Spring Street. I really like her, she is very laid back and there are several other doctors in the practice. I have never waited more than 10 minutes over my appointment time which I also really appreciate.
