Please help decide. Which double stroller??

I currently have a twin Maclaren. But wanted a jogger so it would be a smother ride on the streets/bumps when i go for walks.

The Phil & Ted's always confuses me. Won't the younger kid get bored of looking at the older one's seat?

I say the first one.

I've seen kids in the second one. And the one at the bottom is always not happy. They wouldn't be able to see anything there for won't enjoy the walks as much.

#1.

I have seen #2. The bottom seat is VERY low to the ground. IMO it feels like I would put my kid in the storage basket. I would also be concerned about little fingers and the wheels (although I am sure it has been made so they can't). I am also very claustrophobic so no way.

I would say #1 - you may have an issue with the one child being 'underneath' and not being able to see anything.

I have the city mini single, so just based on that I would pick the city mini double.....I love the ease of folding it up and if I had 2 right now thats what I would get

A lot of my friends have the Phil and Teds double, the smaller one usually sits on the bottom and they can see on the sides, its not like they are twisting their heads in strange angles to look, they can just see all different directions. HOWEVER a few of my friends feel that its quite top heavy. I like the P&T, but I probably wouldn't buy one

Re: Please help decide. Which double stroller??

I put neither.

I've done a lot of research on all-terrain doubles.

First, I think it depends on the age of your kids. Twin infants? An infant & a toddler?

Personally, I don't like the Phil & Ted's set up. I think it's totally weird and will only accomodate an infant for a limited time.

After reading a zillion reviews on the Baby City Mini, I learned that it is called a "mini" because it is. It is narrow and short, and some moms felt it did not accommodate their toddler over the age of two. So that eliminated it for me.

I vote for the Bob Duallie Revolution.

I was going to suggest this one too after seeing it in the mall this weekend. She actually had the carseat adapater on it and the infant faced you.

ITA! I see them all the time in the city and I actually think it looks mean to the little one on the bottom.

I have the City Mini double and I love it. I don't find it to be narrow and short at all. The seat back is very high and my off the chart for height 2 year is very comfortable and has so much room left. It is built on the same frame as the regular Baby Jogger City stroller and is Mini only because the wheels are smaller. That was done so it could be lighter as much doubles are so crazy heavy. It is not an all terrain stroller because of it so if you really want one, the Bob is a much better choice in that case.
