Planet Fitness
So, I finally joined the gym today. It felt so good to be back. My goal is at least 3 days a week and 45 minutes of cardio a day to start with.
Now hopefully I can loose the 6 lbs I gained on vacation and the rest of what I need to loose.

I go to the one in Centereach on Middle Country Rd. They have a few other locations on LI. You can check it out on their website.

I love planet fitness. I love that it is clean and spacious. I am also able to go at home and also after work at another location on the island.
