Place for Brunch/Lunch in Bayside
Hi Ladies!
I'm meeting some friends on Saturday for brunch/lunch at 12. Any suggestions for a place to eat at that time?? I'm from Bayside so I am very familiar with the restaurants at Bell but I've never gone that early so i dont know how the lunch menus are. Has anyone been to Press 195?

the only place I have eaten at is Cinco De Mayo- it's new and it's Mexican
it is amazing- the guc is made at the table
and they have lunch specials- for $6 or $7

Bourbon Street has a nice lunch/brunch menu. Sullivan's has a regular bar menu (sandwiches, salads, etc) with patio dining.
I haven't been to Press 195 but I heard good things about it.

Bourbon Street is right on Bell (I think across from Press 195). They have a great brunch. If you go, ask for Eleanor's table. Great waitress.

Is it really??? wow - i used to live in bayside/flushing and just moved to deer park so i know nothing going on on bell anymore!!!!
is it new owners? or just decided to renovate?

Donovan's has new owners. I am curious to see what goes up there since it's a huge space. The woodside Donovan's is still owned by the same people.

I LOVE Press. I've missed it since we've moved. We try & go whenever we're in Bayside.

Tequila Sunrise has amazing brunch ... they have like 50 things to choose from from fluffy Omelets to Burritos to meat dishes.
I went to a brunch bridal shower there once, it was sooo good!

Sullivans? Does that have the big outside area with the tables? Across from Donovans?
We went there a couple of weeks ago when I was visiting my ILs. Great burgers and sandwiches.

There's also a new Italian place, Gino's across from Tequila Sunrise- great prices and really good food!!!
There are a few new places, so I can't say haven't been. There's a seafood place across from Uncle Jack's and a Greek place that looks delish on Northern.

I have been there a few times and its awesome!!! Totally recommend Gino's Trattoria
