Pics for bedroom needed please....
As some of you know, my dh and I are living in a cottage right now so...our bedrooms are small. My room is 9 x 9 but I am not staying here forever so I will deal with it.
Anyway, I decided to do a captains bed so I can get rid of the dresser and have more room. But unfortunately, I have to keep the bed centered and to do this the bed is directly under a window. So I am thinking a short headboard or something else.
Is your bed under a window and if so how did you make it look nice, either headboard or other.
Any pics would be great.

I have windows behind my bed too and i'm buying a metal headboard so it doesn't completely block the window

when I lived in my apt....my bed was in front of the window, I didnt have a headboard...just used a bunch of pillows to make it look nice!

I would do that and maybe also put up solid heavy curtains and then drap a nice fabric on top and pull it back to the sides.Image Attachment(s):

I don't have my bed in front of a window, but my friend has hers like that. She has a shortish wraught iron headboard which looks nice.
What about something like this? It's from overstock.com
