has anyone done pgd with empire insurance? was it covered?

one person at the rep center said yes and i got excited...but i wanted to make sure.... then i talked to managers who said no...so double double check.... gl

I submitted it for out of network reimbursement and got over $2000 back. They initially told me it wasn't covered but I sent it in and did get some reimbursed. I think it cost about $6000.

I was initially told nothing was covered. Then I submitted my own papeework for the amount that the lab that does the testing charges and was reimbursed a good portion of it. The part the Dr's office charges though was not covered. However I did not submit that part myself the dr's office did. So i think i might try that again.
