people familiar with W Hempstead, help please
I know I know the answer to this but I'm hoping against hope that I'm wrong. Is this house in Lakeview/the bad area of W. Hempstead?

I know  It's just the cutest house and such a good price (obviously for a reason). Oh well.

Actually that side of Eagle Ave. is mixed.... some really nice houses in there! And right next to the park is great, IMO.

I know this is a nice house in a nice area because it is across the street from where I live and it was just a price reduction from $479k.

The SD is either Malverne - whichi s on Ocean Ave. in Malverne. - or W. Hempstead, which is on Nassau Blvd. I am thinking W. Hempstead.

stay with WH SD not Malvern. I grew up in WH, I thought the school was OK. Island Park kids also comes to WH High School.
