My sister pays $$$$$ every year
did you see when it said that the bottom 40% pay no taxes at all, they get money. so how does Obama's famous statement of '95% of Americans will get a tax cut' unfold? to me it means, these 40% will get even MORE $ while paying nothing.   lovely

precisely! He wants to give money to those NOT paying taxes (i.e. economic stimulus checks to those on welfare)
Meanwhile, i didnt even GET a stimulus check and i paid A LOT of taxes!!
